An exceptional awareness of produce and seasonal menus were the criteria for this award, and our judges had plenty of talented chefs to choose from
Our penultimate award of the night was kindly sponsored by by Kingston Maurward College, and with so many talented chefs calling our county home, our judges had a difficult task. This award aims to recognise those who show an exceptional awareness of produce and have the knowledge and expertise to use their ingredients to create sensational, seasonal menus using local produce where ever possible.
