This category was only launched this year, but our finalists have certainly set the bar high

This is a new category for 2019, with the inaugural award being kindly sponsored by Rockfish. The Best Informal Dining Experience category was open to all casual dining establishments across the county - somewhere you would go for a laid back brunch, leisurely lunch or supper in more relaxed surroundings. Friendly customer service, value for money, family friendly and the celebration of local ingredients in the venues choice of both food and drink should be considered when voting in this category.

This year's finalists are…

Taste*Café at Chesil Beach, Weymouth - Taste* Café at Chesil Beach, found between Weymouth & Portland is a contemporary cafe with a lively buzz, serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon teas - an independant café putting quality and service first.


The Station Kitchen, West Bay - The Station Kitchen brings an old world location into the modern day, delivering contemporary twists on the classics and hearty rustic dishes … ready to appease even the most indecisive pallet and inspire any foodie's soul.

And this year's winner is…

Billy Winters Bar & Diner, Weymouth - Billy Winters serve authentic quality food right on the beach with beautiful views overlooking Portland harbour.
