On Friday 4th February 2011 at 7:30pm Westonbirt School will be welcoming one of the worlds most compelling and innovative percussion quartets: 4-MALITY.

4-MALITY was formed by Adrian Spillett, the first percussionist ever to win the BBC Young Musicians Competition (in 1998). The 4-MALITY artists have command of over eighty drums, gongs, cymbals and tuned percussion. Defying categorisation, it is visually spectacular, physically demanding and presented with the skill and artistry of dedicated chamber musicians.

4-MALITY have performed in many prominent venues and at world renowned festivals including the BBC Proms at the Royal Albert Hall, The Berlin Philharmonie and The Edinburgh Fringe so we are delighted to be welcoming them to Westonbirt School.

After their performance, aptly entitled Beyond the Triangle the audience will be able to ask questions and some may even have the opportunity to join 4-MALITY on stage!

Tickets for this unforgettable evening can be purchased through Westonbirt School:
Tel: 01666 880333, email: lreid@westonbirt.gloucs.sch.uk
14 in advance or 16 on the door. Children (under 18) and students: 6.
