Fine & Country Make History at Top Industry Awards

Global Estate Agency Fine & Country has excelled again at The International Property Awards, in association with Bloomberg Television and Google, by making history winning World's Best Marketing for the third year running.

There were double celebrations for Fine & Country as they were also awarded the Gold Award for Best Prestige Property at the Estate Agency of The Year Awards, in association with The Sunday Times and The Times, for the second year running.

Having already won the national stages of the International Property Awards, Fine & Country joined other national and international winners at The Savoy in London to be crowned the ultimate title of Worlds Best in Estate Agency Marketing. The International Property Awards is the worlds most prestigious property competition throughout the global industry and recognises residential as well as commercial businesses.

Fine & Countrys CEO, Matthew Pryke, comments: These award wins are the absolute icing on the cake for Fine & Country in 2011. This kick starts 2012 on a high note which we plan to continue throughout the year. Being crowned the Worlds Best in Estate Agency Marketing for the third consecutive year and Gold for Prestige

Property for the second consecutive year illustrates the dedication, determination and expertise of our staff and office network to cultivate our position as the leading global brand in the industry. I couldnt be more proud.

President of the International Property Awards, Stuart Shields, says: Winning a coveted Worlds Best award is a huge accolade for these companies. They have demonstrated the height of excellence in their field and proved themselves capable of winning against the most accomplished property companies in the world. This global recognition puts them at a pinnacle of the international property arena.

The Estate Agency of the Year Awards, hosted at The Lancaster Hotel in London on Thursday 8th December 2011, was attended by leading estate agency businesses from all over the UK. The Prestige Property Award was presented by intrepid explorer and inspirational speaker Ben Fogle and Stephen Hayter, National Sales Director of My Home Move.

The judges commented that: Fine & Country offer an unrivalled consistency of quality branding and high standards across every aspect of this niche market and the fact that Fine & County has been awarded the gold in this category for the second year running reinforces this belief absolutely. Clients recognise and trust this brand, realising the promises made are backed up by expert knowledge and clear understanding of the differences in service, availability and knowledge required by clients shopping for prestige homes.

Equally as impressive is the scope in which this agency operates; offices are located in far flung locations around the world and the directors have put in place robust measures to ensure communication between the teams is faultless and that clients have access to view amazing properties around the globe. Fine & Country dont just offer clients a taste of properties available; they also show them the lifestyle which goes with it. Inspiring!
