From candlelit carols to Solstice walks there are plenty of exciting events happening around the county this month
Christmas Arts & Crafts Fair - 23 November – 3 December
Artwey’s annual event at the Mulberry Gallery in Weymouth Library featuring work by local artists from painting, printing, to driftwood sculpture and jewellery.
Christmas Art Exhibition - 29 November – 2 January
A festive exhibition of recent artwork by members of Town Mill Arts full of enticing arty gifts to pop under the tree. Malthouse Gallery, Lyme Regis.
Festival of Christmas 2 – 4 December
St Mary’s Church, Lytchett Matravers hosts this event which features different interpretations of decorating a Christmas tree.
Brownsea Island Christmas Walk - 3 & 18 December

A Tudor Christmas at Corfe Castle - 10 – 31 December
Join the Lord of Misrule for a flavour of Christmas in Tudor times in a floodlit castle decorated with lanterns, beacons and braziers. Share your special memory or wish on six Christmas Wish trees on the gatehouse bridge. Then step into a castle adorned with a 23ft Christmas tree and Tudor themed decorations.
