With an influx of events on the horizon for this season, we see the successful launch of Dorset-based Spring Cottage Catering.

Spring Cottage Catering is an enthusiastic mother and daughter partnership that specialise in providing catering for events of all sizes; from informal celebrations to corporate hospitality. They combine their inspiration of traditional home cooking fused with Middle Eastern culture to present an assortment of mouth-watering cuisine of both the sweet and savoury kind. Their supreme attention to detail is key and they pride themselves in liaising with clients regularly to ensure the absolute finest of details have been covered.

The family-run company is spearheaded by daughter, Emma, who has previous experience working with events. Their slogan, Let us do the hard work, is paramount as they not only provide the catering for an event, but they stay for the duration to assist and ensure smooth running from the catering aspect.

Spring Cottage Catering prides themselves on their famous dishes such as Mediterranean baked salmon, white chocolate raspberry cheese cake and their triple layer dark chocolate truffle cake which have been designed to be superbly delicious and have been highly commended by guests in the past.

Director Emma Assad commented; My mother Danuta and I have a passion for cooking. The exotic influence from our Middle Eastern culture sets us apart from the competition as we feel we have something different we can offer. Our creative dishes and excellent organisational skills are second to none, and we ensure all the finer details of catering requirements are covered. My mother and I are looking forward to the coming few months following the launch and working alongside clients to make their event extra special.
