Competition Rules

1) These rules include any instructions set out in the terms of the competition.  By entering the competition the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and be bound by them.

2) Persons under the age of 18 may only enter with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3) Employees past and present of the promoters and their respective immediate family are not allowed to participate in the competition.

4) Entries should be received via the attached on-line entry form or by post at Dorset magazine, 3a Poundbury Business Centre, Poundbury, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 3RS by the closing date.

5) Illegible, incorrect or invalid entries, as well as late entries, will be disqualified.

6) The winning entrant/s will be notified shortly after the closing date.

7) The result will be published in the earliest possible issue of the Dorset magazine.

8) There is no cash alternative to the competition prize.

9) The publisher reserves the right to withhold the prize if the standards of entry are not sufficiently high.

10) The editor’s decision on all matters concerning the competition is final.

11) No correspondence will be entered into.
